Magic Hands is an online store offering affordable stitched women’s clothing.
All products are ready-made and designed for daily and casual wear.

2. 👗 Products & Accuracy

We try our best to display products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting/screens
  • Minor stitching or measurement variation (0.5–1 inch) is normal
  • Fabric quality is standard/affordable category, not luxury

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. 💰 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Rs).

We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa
  • Bank Transfer

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. 🛒 Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or call
  • We may cancel orders if:
    • Customer is unreachable
    • Incorrect information is provided
    • Product is out of stock

5. 🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Delivery time: 3–5 working days
  • Delivery charges may apply 

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. 🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only (no refunds).

Exchange is accepted if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged/defective product
  • Size issue 

Conditions:

  • Request within 24 hours
  • Product must be unused & in original condition
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless our mistake)

7. ❌ No Custom Orders

Magic Hands does not offer custom stitching or made-to-measure services.
All items are pre-stitched standard sizes.

8. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

Magic Hands shall not be held responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
  • Damage after delivery

Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

We respect your privacy.
Your personal information is used only to process orders and is not shared with third parties.

10. 🔄 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
