⭐ 1. No Refund — Exchange Only

We currently offer Exchange Only.
Refunds are not available, except in rare cases where the product is out of stock.

⭐ 2. Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange only if:

✔ You received the wrong product
✔ You received a damaged or defective item
✔ You want a different size (if available)
✔ Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

✔ Parcel opening video is required in case of defective item

❌ Worn, washed, or perfume-stained items are not eligible.

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
After 24 hours, we cannot accept exchange requests.

❌ Unstitched fabric that has been cut or damaged after opening
